Question What Is This Part?!?!?!?

I have a '93 22RE Xtra Cab pickup that I bought several years ago. When I bought it someone had already upgraded the suspension with some Rancho parts. A week or so ago I backed my truck up into my yard to unload it and noticed that it had a slight warp/twist to it as it was sitting partly on the driveway, partly on a slight hill in my yard. This twist would be very minor compared to what happens when people go offroad over rough terrain. When I pulled the truck back out of the yard to park it correctly in my driveway, I noticed that it had dropped a few pieces in the driveway. I looked under the truck to see if anything appeared to be missing or broken, but I didn't notice anything that looked odd. I did a quick search for Rancho Suspension parts on Google, but didn't see the part that had broken. I'm hoping that when I attach a photo of it here maybe someone can tell me what the part is. It looks like a small piece of the (rubber? silicone? nylon? polyurethane?) part might still be on the truck, and maybe there is another (left/right side) piece that corresponds with this one? I just don't know. I'd like to know what it is so I can replace it if necessary. The darker grid lines on the paper are 1" apart, so the piece looks to be a little larger than 3" wide. Thanks!
