What is the most weight you've hauled in your Yota pickup?

Moving with the Yota
Not at all sure of weight in bed or on trailer but it was HEAVY. Went from Colorado Springs to New Mexico before blowing the front main in my 87 22rte doing 65+ up hills. Was adding +/- 1qt of oil every 50-70 miles. Made it past Flagstaff before blowing the Head Gasket, still doing 65+

A little more than 1800 lbs. of scrap metal that I know for sure, because I had it on the scale(I believe it was 1826 lbs. IIRC). And I've had my bed(long bed) piled full of wood on a few occasions that probably weighed nearly a ton, or maybe even slightly more than. But that's just guesstimation. Wood is heavy...especially when it's soaking wet.

I've hauled a 3.4, a 3.0 engine, one 3.0 5spd transmission & Transfer case, and an engine crane in one load in my 91 4cyl ext cab 2wd. The rear was very low and the truck handled like crap. Didn't dare go over 50 mph. Really wanted to wander in the turns and took a long time to stop. Don't think I'd do it again
I think the 4wd trucks have an extra leaf so they can take some more weight

Yet, until 1993, all 2WDs actually had higher payloads than 4WDs.
86-92 2WD payload = 1640 lbs.(5 speed trans.)
86-92 4WD payload = 1400 lbs.(5 speed trans.)
But from 93-95 that changed. Then most 4WDs had payloads the same as, or slightly higher than, similar 2WD models.

I had 1500 pounds of sand in my truck behind the wheel wells when we were leveling our pool cause my truck is the only one that can fit in the gate well while backing down my sloped back yard my stepdad said when I hit the brakes my front tires came 1-1.5 feet off the ground ( On 2wd springs btw)
2nd time my truck has done a wheelie
I have a set of 83 toyota springs that have 2 more leafs than my 2wd spring

94 4x4 with G144 - Payload
I would like to know if anyone can tell me the max payload of my truck - 94 4x4 v6 auto with G144
Ok, guys, .. So I came across this post after recently picking up 48 concrete blocks 4x8x16 which weigh 35lbs each =1680 lbs. I hauled these home from lowes and the truck seemed to accelerate just like always - slowly.
I have a 94 toyota 4x4 with option G144 (4.88 gears). Its my understanding that this option also gave more splines on the shafts thereby making it tougher and harder to break.
I also carried 54 2x6x8 boards which weighed about 324lbs. Seemed that because the weight was all the way to the rear of the truck when hitting expansion joints in the road the weight would shift back and forth - front to back on the shocks. The engine stayed at a constant RPM with the cruise set at 43mph.
I will be hauling 9 - 4x6x24 lumber home soon on the top of my rack which weighs about 1665 lbs.
I posted 2 pics of the truck with the concrete blocks and one of the lumber.

i often haul oak logs stacked up in the bed and pull a 69 chevy 3/4 truck box trailer full also. pretty sure breaking 3000 lbs. ive broke rear leaf springs and anything over 35mph is asking for disaster. also hauled a 89 toy 4x4 to scrap in the back of the chevy trailer after i cut it up w a torch so it would fit.
