What does this sound like to you?(video)

On the 91 p/u I recently acquired, its def coming from the top end, somewhere at the front, I'm thinking number 1 or 2 idler pulley bearings...I say that because the p.o. got this stuck in a deep hole, the same exact hole that I got my 93 runner stuck in this spring, and its making the same noise, just not as loud. The truck did sit for 2 years after.
Anyone have thoughts? Where could I get those pulley bearings cheap? I had to buy the whole bracket for the #1 pulley bearing on my 93 a couple years ago, and the only place I could get 1, was at the stealer...it was $600!! So I'd prefer not to go that route.

Hard to hear over the air noise from the fan but it might also be the water pump pulley bearings since it seems to get a little louder near the middle and thats where the pump is...
