what do these plugs go to on my 22re?

I just bought this 1991 toyota truck, it has the 22re, 4wd and 5spd. The previous owners didn't tell me much about it other than it blew the radiator and wouldn't run. I put new spark plugs in it and replaced the battery and now it'll start up and run. It seems to have a problem starting right up but I think that is partly due to it setting for two months. It also has an idle problem. The idle will go up and down once its warm.

anyway, since this is my first Toyota, I wasn't sure what these two plugs went to or if something was missing. Is there supposed to be an optional part here? Thanks for the help.

white one = AC idle up solenoid - not needed if you don't have AC, which it doesn't look like you do because it doesn't look like that solenoid has ever been bolted in

smaller black one = EGR temp sensor - not all vehicles came with them; I'm pretty sure it's a Cali Emissions thing only

just bundle them up and wrap some tape around them, and tuck them out or sight
