I have a 93 4runner and it will not start. Changed the battery and terminals.Nothing happened. Changed out some old fuses and now I get headlights and interior lights. The dash, radio and fans do not work.Try to start it and it clicks when the key goes from ACC to ON. It seems like an electrical problem. Anyone have any ideas?

 

you checked ALL the fuses?? Second would be the starter. Try putting 12 volts to the positive starter contact. if the truck turns over you have a ground or power issue some where. If it doesnt you can either replace you starter contacts for $30 or replace the start that costs a couple hundred. either way your call.

 

check the main fuses, they arent' the blade atc type. you should have power to the radio and fans and dash lights(check engine, batt, brake) when you turn the key.
