What is this?
I recently had the 3.0 rebuilt and got it back. Noticed that the vacuum hoses werent in the right places and started to look farther. Found this plug not hooked to anything. Any ideas?

Where does it go? The ground wire which goes to the top of the plenum has a connector like that. The other end is bolted to the firewall with a ring connector.

That's exactly where it goes. Surprised you got it to run, normally a missing ground like that will cause issues. Look for the other end of the wire, most likely it's tucked behind the top of the engine.
