Weber Conversion

I have an 87 Pick up with a 82 22r. I just switch out stock carb with a Weber 32/36 DGEV I believe I have everything hook up properly. I am having trouble with cranking the truck. If I spray Starting Fluid in the Carb it will crank until it runs out of Starting Fluid. I'm not sure if I need to adjust the choke some how. My first thougt was it wasn't getting any fuel in the bowl. I checked and plenty of gas. Any suggestions. Also how many psi does stock Fuel Pump produce.
