Webber idleing high help
I have a webber that "idles" very high during driving when i let off the gas and put the clutch in. Im pretty sure i dont have any vaccum leaks or any air leaks at all. And the connector to the elec. choke spins all the way around? Ive messed with the gas/air mixture and got it to idle right sitting, but as soon as i start cruising around, it acts up. its very sparatic to. anyhelp would be great.

sounds like the choke needs to be dealt with as it is most likely popping back onto the high idle cam as if the choke was cold. The wire to the choke should not move around like that. It will cause the spring inside it to tighten up and close the choke. I am surprised it drives with the choke shut like that if that's what the issue is.

forgot to mention, as a temporary fix to make it drivable again you might be able to spin that connection to make the choke looser by turning it clockwise similar to the way you would really adjust it assuming that the wire connection didn't turn. Just make sure it's turned enough counter clockwise to engage the choke when the engine is cold. Once you have it set you can tape it in place till you get a new choke element.
