water damage

I was wheeling yesterday and got into a whole that was never been big but there was about 3 feet of with thick mud on the bottom, and my right head light was almost under water, but my little runner with km2s was able to pull out. But I got about 2-3 inches on water inside my truck on the driver side and i pulled the carpet to clean it and get all the mud out from underneath. And i was wandering if who would do what? New carpet? Or bedliner the inside?

If this is something that you are going to keep doing, I would suggest pulling the carpet and doing bed liner on the inside. If this is a one time thing, or at least you plan on it being a one time thing, just let the mud dry and vacuum it out and wash the carpet.

I say lift the truck higher so you can clear water.

Google bedliner, pic and choose then. Keep carpet out for when you go mudding.
