Has anybody come across this issue an have they just replaced them or has anybody took the challenge to try an make them work ?

whats your process to determine they are warped?

No my valve covers are warped an I was wondering if ppl just replace them or if they found ways to work around them

I don't think i've ever heard of valve covers being warped. But if they truly are, junk them. How are the heads? I'd assume they were toast as thats really the only way the valve covers would warp is if the heads got so hot they warped something major, or you had an engine fire and they warped from the heat of that. Got any pics of them by chance?

Ya the valve covers are bowed in , ya my heads were warped bad in an lack of easy way to put they were warped in the shape of a rainbow so I bought new complete heads an today I got as far in completing installment of vavle covers an they wouldn't line up so I looked down the lines of the covers an there bowed in, I was like wtf an now I'm stopped there
