wandering in snow in 4wheel, not the snows fault.
My 90 3.0 runner wants to buck and squirm only on snow covered pavement when its in 4wheel. Put it back in two wheel its fine. Off road its fine even in 2 inches of snow. On dry roads the alignment doesn't seem to bad tracks fairly straight. Just wondering if I might have a hub going out or a caliper or what's up let me know. Thanks

Thanks I didn't think of that. Have to check it out tomorrow. Help would be cool but I'm outside of wilkes barre about an hour north. And the shop where I work on my toys is north of bloomsburg 45min from me.

No crazy play in either wheel. Drove it slow in 4 in an unplowed parking lot the steering wheel wants to jerk left. Feels like something is binding up??

What sort of hubs do you have? If ADD this is irrelevant, but maybe one hub is not locked/locking?
How's your tire pressure?
I don't think wheel bearing play would be this noticeable at low speed, but if you really want to check you must grab the tire at 12 and 6 o'clock and try to wiggle it. Grab it any other place and you will be feeling the suspension linkage.

The knucklehead who had the truck before hand put a v6 4.10 in the rear. Truck has the factory 4.56 front end. Manual hub converted ADD BTW. ADD shaft "locked" with manual hubs.
We talked about this already, what you need is the rear from a V6 (4 ribbed case not 3 ribbed) from a truck or 4runner with the gear code 252 or 254.

I forgot to show you exactly where I was looking on the door jam plate, so here is your reference.

Here is your links to removing those axles. Ignore the wheel bearing parts. http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/mainte...wheel_bearing/
Also if you haven't already, right click save as the FSM (service manual): http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1990-1995....1990.1995.zip
