W56 clutch fork pivot ball problem

I recently did a new clutch/slave, after re-installment of the transmission i ran the truck and put it into gear flawlessly. After seeing that it went into gear fine i shut it down in order to button up some odds and ends. While buttoning the truck up i had to unbolt the slave cylinder in order to re-route the transmission harness. I believe that I somehow knocked the clutch fork off of the pivot ball and was wondering if it is possible to get it back together without taking the transmission back off.

Thanks,
Andrew

Wink

Maybe if you are lucky and the clips on the clutch release bearing didnt also pop loose.

You can only try you can`t make it any worse

the throw out bearing should keep the fork in line to reseat the fork on the pivot.
