Ok so this guy called me yesterday and wanted to know if i would be interested in a trade, my 93 reg cab for his 86 4runner. I decided to take a look at it yesterday, and its in great shape, 220k on the body 50k on crate motor, its sr5 power every thing. 5inch lift, runs great only thing that has me worried is the volt meter bounces when you drive it down the road. What causes that? also the battery light and parking brake light are on when its running????

Ok the brake fluid ould explain the soft brakes (they work great its just soft)

 

x2 except brake light, could be fluid, or it could be the e-brake handle not going all the way in!
