vibration under load or going uphill at 45-50 MPH
1989 4x4 pick up, 22RE, 5 spd.I'm getting a bad vibration at the transmission, Ujoints are good, weights are on drive shaft, motor & transmission mounts good, but I noticed a bolt missing here, left side of motor as you're facing it, could this be my problem ? P.S. can some one tell me what size bolt & thread pitch goes here ?

That is for the extra support bracketM8x1.25 I would guess about 30mm
Most times after the engine is out that piece gets left off because every one forgets it.
As to weather that will fix your vibration . who can say.
Just how bad is it is it just in the shifter??
Your really bad could be something I ignore.
Have you checked that the u-joints are all good??
Does this have a Center bearing?
Could also be a unbalanced rear tire transmitting the vibration via the drive line.

Yes U joints are good & greased, feels like the whole Trans is vibrating, no center bearing, & I figured if it was a rear wheel out of balance it would happen all the time ,not just under load
