vf1a transfer case - requesting fill and drain plug torque settings

I have a 1992 Toyota Pickup, Xtracab, V6, manual transmission with the VF1A transfer case.

I am looking for the torque settings on the VF1A transfer case specifically for the fill and drain plugs?

I always never seize the plugs and just snug them up.

If there are torque specs I never used them since I first changed gear oil back in the seventies.
