Vacuum Leak??? Need Help

I just bought an 89 P/U with the V6. I took it to a buddy to have him check it out. He said some of the vacume hoses were in the wrong places and he fixed them. Now the truck wont idle cold. It takes a 20 minute fight every morning to get it to run. After it is warm, it starts and runs perfect.

Also the 4X4 doesnt work either...

I can take it back to him because I am 2 states away.

I am thinking that he crosses some vacuum hoses or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have a 6 cylinder 3vze, then look at this posting. The "Search" link at the top will help you find this type of information.
