Vacuum Hose Question

What is the vacuum hose going into the bottom of the intake silencer on the 3vze for. I can't seem to find any reference to it in my FSM. Thanks.

The only other hoses going to the main intake hose are the breather hose to the valve cover and the 2 medium hoses going to the intake plenum

Ya, I know. Thanks. Any idea what they are for? Specifically the one that goes to the Intake silencer.

I would hafta look at a 3.0 to make sure but I think they provide filtered air for some of the other vacuum components on the right side of the eng

Thanks Jason, I have that diagram as well but the hose isn't on there. The one I'm interested in is beside the one on that diagram that goes to the intake silencer. Anyone?
