Got a 1988 toyota pickup 22re and i have a idle surge issue and thought ah hell ill check the vaccum lines. Port e has vaccum at all rpms and other ones never have vaccum. Whats my issue?! Hanes manual says all should have no vaccum at idle and vaccum abouve 3500 rpm
