are 4 and 5 right on top of the throttle butterfly? If so they close off when the throttle is open so that only vac or neutral is seen, never boost ( thats how the supra 7M intake manifold like i have is setup ) so those are out. Any of the other three would probably be fine. They all serve the same purpose.

What do 1, 2, and 3 go to?

any positive line (vacuum @ idle) I really don't know which is which on that engine but you can find out easily.
4 and 5 looks like it will be ported vacuum.

#2 looks like it would work for me.

I like the plug at the very end of the manifold towards the firewall that has 3 vacuum ports on it. If any are free, use those, if not tap into one of them. You don't want to use 1, 4 or 5 or you will not see any vacuum.
