V6 sputter and missing

It a 1993 4runner with v6 replacement engine. When driving around 40 or 50, around 2000 rpm, I will back off the accelerator, then when i apply the gas the enging seems to sputter of miss. Like it's not firing or getting fuel. Other than that it drives fine. I thinking maybe vacuum leak that would adjust the timing?

Check resistance of both VTA in the tps and VS in the air meter for a smooth change of resistance through the whole range of movement of throttle/vane. All values should be within spec and there should be no spikes or dropouts in resistance as you slowly open and close the throttle/vane.
