Use Chevy overload or not?

I'm doing the chevy rear spring swap in the next couple days. I made all the brackets and got the 3 leaf plus overload leaf pack. My question is should I keep the overload on the bottom or not? It's mainly a trail rig and doesn't do any heavy hauling. Is there any benefit to keeping the overload or getting rid of it?
