Uneven brakes

Uneven brakes
Gday all.
So I took my ute for a WoF today.
Threw it on the brake tester and the front axle and rear left read about 25 on the machine. The rear right however read 5-10 lower.
I've never really played with brakes before so can any one give me some advice on adjusting/setting it so it passes.
