Tune up time.

Hey my 1991 22re 4x4 pick up needs some love, Thanks for letting me be a part of the yota community.
I live in cold part of the world I'm up in Saskatchewan Canada. I plan on doing a few things before the snow really flys and it gets stupid cold out.
. I'd like to start out with a basic ignition tune up. Cold starts have been kinda wierd. For the past 2 years of owning my truck it starts up no problem even in minis 40°C but this year it takes 2 to 3 trys it starts up and the dies.
I don't want to aimlessly chase a problem with no idea what it could be are there any books on what kind of maintenance a guy should do or should I wait until stuff starts breaking lol. I want to find out what kind of oil I could run in the 🥶 🧊 ☃️.

Look into troubleshooting your cold start fuel injector, timer and themro switch for it. There should be good info on here if you search also 22REperformance.com has a good writeup on it as well.
