I am seeking some info. I have a 88 4x4 5 speed with the 3.0 Problem is that the trans is broken.. the casing. I have a 5 speed from a 95 4 runner 4x4 3.0 Can I use the 95 trans in the 88 ??? Does anybody know.. If not what are the differance between them.. Thank you

 

About the only diferences i could think of might be in the bell housing and the wiring (plugs) for the back up lights. There might be some other things that im not aware of.
