Transmission fluid question

With the 5sp behind the 22re, what fluid are most of you running. I'm in S Ga if that matters.

truck is a 94 with 33" boggers, 4:88s. Stock motor and tyranny.

the issue is that it is hard to shift on cold mornings. I can go about 2 miles and it's back to normal. I can let it warm up a few minutes before I leave and it shifts fine. Also, before I bought a new tyranny, it would crank and idle high (normal). Now it does the same, except the rpm lowers when I let off the clutch. Press in clutch and it revs back high. Let off clutch, it lowers rpm. That doesn't seem normal. It does this daily when cold idle

Any idea on the increase/decrease of rmp when pressing in the clutch when cold?
