I like the pointed stinger to much to not go with TG
right on! im not a fan of the addicted off road cause the stingers is so square and blunt.

hey swapped89... did you have to modify the bumper any to get it to work because of you bodylift? or did you simply just do mod the brackets for added strength? cuz i was on the TG forum today and they told me i would have to do alot of fab work to make it fit with a body lift

and minzer that vid in your signature is awesomeeee!!!!

The bumper fits on the frame so a "body lift" is irrelevant with the bumper fitting. What might not "fit" is the gap that a body lift will created between the bumper horizontals and the body panels.

I carry TG bumper but I also carry some not built off of their winch bumper mount plate that can be built to accomodate body lifts. I have a 1" body lift on both my 85s, just make the bumper sit up 1" taller so it matches the lines of the body. You have to do it when you build the bumper...hard to do after the fact.

thanks yoder, that was a fun day. i felt very proud to drive a toyota that day... both cherokees broke an axle and another broke down somehow, silly jeeps.

I am also a pointed stinger fan. after puttin this bumper on i felt like just taken cars or anything in my way down with it. You will not be dissapointed

Anyone looking to buy a bumper, i say buy the trail gear. its one of the best things ive ever bought for my truck even tho i paid 500( shipping to alaska is a b$$$h) the thing is soo posty and sexy.

right now im looking into my options for blinkers, any ideas? i want something small and low profile. i want it to look good and still be legal.....

wow, thats funny. i already found those threads and decded to do that... i really like the idea of corner blinkers and it doesnt look that hard. actually it would be simpler cause i would be just moving the blinkers up.

well to be honest i got a little anxious and just put the bumper on, however i still have to weld light tabs on and line-x it, but it was killing me to see it just sitting there in the garage. so heres some pics like i promised

Thinking of getting this bumper, it looks so sick man! I'm jealous! I have a 2" lift but still rocking 31's, wondering if it would still look substantial, pretty iffy about upgrading tire sizes.

thanks guys, i went out and crawled up a snow pile and took pics ill post them later tonight. and ill def post pics when its all done line-x'd and the KC slim's mounted. ill also put up a tutorial of how i put my blinkers up in the running lights, do you think i should start a new thread for that though?
