Torsion Bar Creaking/Popping at the Adjusters

Believe me, I've been searching on here for a while now and (very surprisingly) haven't come across a thread or post that deals with the noise my '94 Truck is making. I've owned this truck 19 years.

The torsion bars/torsion bar adjusters creak and pop (like where something's sticky and then releases all that pent-up kinetic energy) on both sides as the front suspension cycles through its travel. The front end bushings and everything else are in good shape and all quiet, no issues there.

Anyone have a remedy for this other than replacing everything with new? I thought maybe the adjuster bolt nuts on top might be loose.

Lubricating everything with spray lube only seems to worsen it as it seems to free whatever's creaking even more.

Can someone link to a thread related to this if I've missed it in searching?

I'm warming up to an SAS but would like to keep the original 31" tires.

I'm having the exact same issue it sounds like, please let me know if you ended up finding a solution!

Fortunately, the creaking noise went away. I'm not sure what I did, if anything.

Could be the turn stops? Either grease them or buy replacement plastic caps to quiet them down.
