Tire weight question
Hey there, im currently running 33x13.50 super swamper ltbs but have been looking to change to a 35x12.50 bfg km2. the SS ltb weighs more than the km2 does. so my question is do i still need to regear right away? thanks again

If auto, should be 4.30 or 4.56.
Either way, you need to save up for gears in a hurry if you drive it on the highway.
If you have the cash now, a tranny cooler would be HIGHLY recommended as the torque converter is not going to lock up much, so the tranny is just gonna shear the crap out of the fluid on the highway.
5.71's would be recommended for best highway performance with the monster overdrive and 35's. If it's a trail-only rig, and never goes fast enough to need overdrive, just about any gearing will be fine. Maximum strength gears are 4.56 and 4.88.

You should already be aware that those are two different types of tires. The LTB is a bias ply and suck on the road, wear quickly and ride like CRAP. But they rule off road, very good tire.
The GY isn't really a mud tire, but obviously it's a radial and I can't comment on off road capability as I haven't owned any.
