tire rub

I have treadwright 31x10.5xr15 tired, stock rims and recently noticed my tires rub at full lock on the mud flaps. I can sorta ignore it for the time being but it will need to be addressed come beach season.
Im running bj spacers and a 1.5" body lift (for 3.4 swap) on a 93 pickup 4x4.

Im sorta guessing that the body lift is why my tires are rubbing but wanted to see if anyone else is getting rubbing on their mud flaps with treadwright tires? The tire tread was my second guess as i didnt rub with general grabbers but also didnt have the body lift/swap in at that time either.

Are there any options for moving the mud flaps back a bit without busting out the welder and saws all?

Tweak the steering stops and pretend you didn't loose any turning radius..
