Timing help

hey i got my head off and the head gasket off. and a new one back on i have everything back on the motor and all my fluids in. the engine will not start it will turn over but??????????? i think it could be my timing... any ideas???????????

Spark, timing or no gas would be my guess. Have you checked any of them?
