Throttle Position Sensor Reminder

When setting TPS with a meter while it is on the vehicle, remember that terminals are going to be reversed from the manual (top is bottom, bottom is top). Orient the "hub" of the TPS as it is in the manual.

Never done this, just clarifying in case I ever need to check mine...

The top post is actually "E2" when it is still attached to the throttle body, correct? Sorry for the stupid question.

I could only get mine in adjustment with continuity per the FSM, infinty didn't seem to work with the meter.

I meant the post for the 3VZE. The manual gives terminal position looking at the front with hub on right. When in actuality you will be measuring terminals from the back with the hub on the left. If this is confusing email me...maybe I can confuse you more...lol. And yes, E2 will be on top.
