my roommate has a 1993 lexus sc300 (i know, off topic, but i figured since it is basically a similar generation Toyota, it would be appropriate). the car has been sitting for over a year because he thought it wouldn't start. i put a new battery in and viola, its on, albiet with some lovely smoke out of the tailpipe. other than changing all of the fluids, etc, is there anything i should make sure and do to this car?

Change all the fluids, drain and replace the gas(if there is any in the tank) and giver hell!
