is there a way to mount a new seat on my own rails?

hey techers. what to do? my seat has 120,000+ in it and they are beat, cut, fryed. and a pain in the A. i found a set of 05' taco seats i really like. but obviosly the rails are different. is there a way to mount a new seat on my own rails? what have some of you done? any good seat options from a newer rig for my 93' runner?
