Can a Tacoma door panel be used on a 89-95 pickup?
Does it pop right in?
If so can a year greater than 2001 be used like a 2005?

05 No way, that's the newest body style.
The 01 - 04 are at least similar to the Hilux [in a general sense], the 05^ are completely different.
96^ probably won't work though, the doors are different.
