suspension and steering done

Replaced all ball joints, tie rods, idler arm, bushings, new lower control arms, sway bar bushings, rear springs, all 4 shocks, repack wheel bearings. Couldn't get the Pitman arm off but it checked OK.

The SDtrucksprings work well, the springs are stock height but they raised the rear about 2 inches from where it was -the old springs were totally shot. The lower control arms worked perfect and no squeal on lock. Those riveted on tabs seem to do their job. The KYB Gas-adjust shocks are stiff, though it might be the springs that I am not use to. The truck handles great and turns on a dime. Will get new front torsion bars when the winch and Warn bumper are purchased.
