I have a 91 base 4x4 with a sunroof is it a stock part and if so is there a place to order parts for it like gasket and a lock and latch.

 

Base what? 4 runner or pick-up?

 

If its factory sunroof then try a dealership parts dept, otherwise plenty of toyota parts website out there would probably have what you need with a little searching....

So it's a pop up top? If it's a base model Im not so sure they came with a factory pop up unless it was a factory special order, doesn't sound likely, but I could be wrong.

But I'm going to assume it's an aftermarket/either dealer (not factory) installed or was purchased and installed after it was bought.

If it's non factory you will have to do some searching on google for parts.

 

I might have a deluxe not sure but I have no cruise controll, no tach, and manual windows??
