Stuck front wheels, like really stuck

Yea, I've never had any rims stuck this bad either. Once all is said and done, be sure to get some never seize and do some painting on the hub/rim interface, and hit the threads a little too. My dad's used the stuff for ages, people always make fun of him at work, but he didn't have come backs nearly as often either (for brakes etc).

The rotors should be able to be unbolt from the back side, I think the calipers should come out as well from that side. Sadly both calipers I have are frozen up. Rebuild able cores if you have the tools etc to rebuild them.

The rotor goes on the hub a bit tight, could try hitting it some and see what happens. Saving the calipers would be a fair share of money saved. It's kind of like the wheel hub for the wheel, goes in with lots of clearance, then the last little bit it gets pretty tight. The hubs I have had the rotors stuck on a bit too, but some taping with a brass hammer worked well w\o damaging anything. Probably a pain with the wheel still on though.
Actually kind of a good thought, you could put the wheel up like normal, and directly hit the studs. They should slide a tiny bit, then hit the rotor, so effectively a punch or drift. Everything else is junk anyway, so worth a shot.

Oh almost forgot, I took photos of the hubs before I boxed them up. Didn't grab photos of the axle retaining hardware or the wheel bearings. Ironically the tires basically fell off, but they were steel rims too.

Awesome! Thats what I need! Ordered new calipers cause yeah those rotors are really on there and I'm not struggling anymore!

Glad you got it off. Nothing more frustrating then a stuck part. I had similar happen on my dad's 98 F-150 from Cincinnati. Rear wheel wouldn't come off. I loosened the lugs and drove it up and down our drive over curbs. Three or four hits on the curb knocked the wheel loose. I took a wire bruch to both hub and wheel then generously applied never seize to bothy parts to keep it from happening again.
Hope this helps someone in the future,
