haha. the secretary at my old high school had an '08 Volvo something wagon...it had headlight wipers...among a huge list of other electrical do-dads that seemed useless to me. Convenient, yes, not practical though.

It was actually $130! Do you think a used radiator is a good idea? I found a guy selling a used radiator that is supposedly fairly new.

whoops...wrong thread

Personally, I wouldnt, especially since you already got one. When mine busted, I was looking for a used one until I could get one from the dealership..but NAPA ended up having two in stock. Id rather replace something like that with a new part than one that could have possible leaks....

$130..psht...Everything is more expensive in Alaska, anyways..

I had a coolant leak at the timing cover (water pump inlet) and I am waiting for the gasket maker stuff to dry to put coolant in it. I haven't put the new rad in my truck yet. Its probably better getting a new one anyway, since there really isn't a way to see if a used radiator leaks unless its pressurized.

I've had them since I got my strap, but I am waiting to get the right bolts to put them in the factory location. lol

Before ou totally destroy/total/roll or otherwise make your 2wd useless, you should sell it & show your 4x4 some love.

It will really suck to read your thread about dumping your rig into the ditch or oncoming traffic & hurting yourself, your lady &/or others... Please be more careful out there champ!

My 2wd is my dd. Why would I have only 1 truck for my transportation and risk breaking it when wheeling. I'm sick of using my 2wd for wheeling, but i've got a couple more months until my 4x4 should be ready.

Thanks, and I'm trying to be careful. Its hard to get out of my 16 year old attitude and driving style.
