I was also thinking about those. I found a pair on craigslist for $75 and couldn't pass them up.

Cheapest and probably best option for getting the height you want is to tear apart another stock pack, cut the eyes off the top leaf, then add it to your pack

I ended up finding a set of 2-3" springs from someone local. Not sure what brand etc they are, for $75. I jumped on it. Between those and the longer shackles that came with the springs and the 33's I got a total of 3" of lift.

more info in my build thread, and I had asked about identifying the springs in a separate thread, but no one seems to know.
