steps to removing throttle body, intake, etc
I just bought my 1994 Toyota Pickup a few months ago and it is running pretty bad. The acceleration hesitates badly and I feel like I could get out and run faster than it "gets up and goes".
So, after much research on the forum, I'm going to remove the throttle body and intake and give them a good cleaning, readjust my TPS, and then reset my timing.
I'm kind of intimidated by all the hoses, etc going to the TB and intake stuff. Do I need to take care to "not do something" that would mess something up? Once I get the TB and intake off, should I take off the fuel rail as well? I really have no idea what I'm talking about so please simply enlighten me.
The "perfect" thing would be if someone has created a complete step by step tech article with pictures and everything. If that doesn't exist (haven't found one), maybe I could take a bunch of pictures and somebody assist me in the tech article.
