Steering Column Transplant

I was busy at the junk yard yesterday and came across some really good stuff. I managed to get great condition bucket seats from a 91 Corolla that match my truck, tons of internal plastic trim that my truck is missing, back carpet matting for the cab, all for about $50 total.

On top of that, I came across something my truck doesn't have: a tilt wheel and intermittent wipers. The donor truck is an '89 2WD "1 ton." I'm curious if anyone has swapped their steering column for a tilt wheel, and how involved the process would be. My manual is pretty much silent on how to do this. Any thoughts? Here are some pictures of the donor column. If it isn't too difficult, I'll go back and wrench it out of there.

i did it, 87 pickup tilt steering out of an 88 4runner, easy as pie, i just switched out the turn signal/wiper switch because of the wiring. the wiper speed was alittle different. the only thing when i did that was the wires were alittle shorter but nothing binds up and i love it. i even took my old ignition and put it in the new column so i could keep my key. really really easy.
