Hey guys, was hoping to get some input/help.

1986 4runner has been running fine. Dash is out and ECU was laying on a box in the floor. It rained and blew the power window fuse so it got pretty wet in there with the window down before I figured out what was going on. From what I read the ECU could be bad. I pulled the cover and no obvious shorts. Never was in a puddle, just beads on the cover.

Code 11 is the only issue. From what I read the motor should run with the TPS disconnected. It starts, runs, then stalls with/or without the TPS connected. And it tested close to spec. I started checking other things and the coil isn't testing out. The primary resistance is 1.3 ohmns (spec 0.5-0.7) and secondary is zero (spec 11.4-15.6K). Is the high resistance not registering on my fluke?

I have another coil from a turbo motor but the Haynes manual says non-turbo and V6. It doesn't have the turbo labeled elsewhere. Wasn't sure if it would blow something up?

BTW, my 4runner and I have been reunited after I had to leave it in Alaska. My buddy shipped it when he moved then I flew out to Oregon and drove her back to nashvegas after replacing the timing chain. FOR LIFE.
