Starting custom exhaust project, need input

I am going to start a stock replacement of my exhaust on my second gen runner. I picked up a new catalytic converter for $75 on craigslist and I think I got a sweet deal, see pics. Anyway, the cat has a 3 inch inlet/outlet wich will need to be reduced. I already have a bunch of exhaust flanges, see pic. Now I need to order some 2 inch pipe. so here are my questions:

What is the exact stock diameter for my 2nd gen runner exhaust? It looks like 2 inch but it could be 2 1/8.

What is your favorite website to order exhaust tubing? I will do the bending myself.

What advice does anyone have when using an oxy/acetylene to weld exhaust, e.g., whats your favorite tip size, etc.

I already have the flanges for the two inch pipe. I am also concerned about backpressure issues. I just need to decide between stainless or aluminized steel but that is a nobrainer because i would probably need some kind of mig/tig setup to do the stainless and I only have my oxy/acetylene rig. I have priced all the mig/tig setups over the years but just didn't have the cash even for a mig.
