squealing noise when clutch is out

I hope all you guys can help me out here. I am no gear head so bear with me. I am getting this squealing noise from what I think is the "throw out bearing". Everytime I am at a stop light and I am in Neutral I hear this squeal. Its driving me crazy because I just had all my belts replaced and yeah the noise was there before but for some reason I thought it would be gone when I got my 4runner back. Anybody have a cure. I know it has something to do with the clutch but thats it. Any help would be appreciated.

hey haha i feel your pain. I just replaced the clutch, pressure plate, TO bearing and pilot bearing ( basically the kit). I found that if it squeals when the clutch is not depressed the pilot bearings toast and if the squeal changes when you depress the clutch the TO bearing is toasted as well:pat: . My TO bearing finally blew up at a stop light (the squeal was soo loud that when i pulled to a stop in the gas station people gave me some pretty dirty looks) so just make sure you change it before it gets too bad

P.S the OEM toyota setup kicks, i recommend it if you are just running a mild setup ! silent operation easier than the replace LUK clutch kit
