OK, I know everyone is tired of this but :

After searching through all of the spindle bushing threads, and listening to the noise in my truck enough, I've determined my spindle bushings are worn and need replacement.

Since there are SB's on these parts, does this mean the dealership will replace these parts or do I need to order them and do them myself?

 

A Service Bulletin is just a written procedure for doing the work, it's not a recall so you won't get it done free by Toyota. It's not too hard a job if you want to do it yourself.
