Exclamation speedometer problem Help!

I cleaned the lense on my gauges this weekend and now my speedometer is way off, reading like double. I know I wasnt going 104 mph on the way to work this am and still getting passed. any one know how to fix this?? can it be recalibrated???

VSS if it applies to your truck. that is what it took to fix my other DD. 95 civic.
speedo jumps around like it is on crack, or meth.

Ok I feel like a dumb ass I just realized I had hit the KMh button and the speedometer was not reading mph. its a digital dash on the 86 turbo.

I don't have that option, so i would have never thought about it.
