Source for test connector holders?

Anyone know where to find a replacement plastic cover/holder for those test connectors?
They don't hold the connectors in, 30 year old rubber and whatnot

Been searching can't seem to find anything

You could make your own with some PVC pipe and O rings

Or plastic round bar stock what ever you can work easier
