Sometimes Hard to Start

Hello All, I have a 1991 Toyota Pickup with the 22RE engine and automatic transmission, has 80,000 miles on it.
Recently, she is hard to start after driving it for 10 or more minutes, that is after it is fully warmed up. She starts right
up when cold, and only has the hard starting issue when warm about 30% of the time. It takes about 10 seconds of cranking
the starter. I thought it might be a clogged fuel filter, so I replaced that and it did not help. Any idea what is causing the hard
starting issue? Could it be the fuel pump? It is odd that it does not have the hard starting issue all the time. Thanks!
