Solenoid Connectors bad A340E transmission

1995 Toyota T100 3.4 Auto 2wd
So I have bad solenoid connectors. I’m not familiar with how to go about it. Am I able to unplug the harness with the three connectors? I can’t find these connectors online at all so im assuming junkyard it is. What would you guys do? Would it be alright to snip these connectors off another transmission? Need some direction

I got to think there's a way to unload the terminal from the plastic connector. Usually there's some sort of tab on the terminal that needs to be depressed in order for the terminal to slide out. You might experiment with the one you have in order to figure how out before going to the junkyard.
