I have an 87 runner that's been bobbed 5in. and Im building a soft top for it. Was wondering if its worth the trouble to continue with the build or just buy one? And does abody have any tips or ideas? Also looking for ideas on how to fix the fiberglass top. The person the bobbed it really messed it up. will post pics soon.

 

I found a hard top in great condition at the pull a part here for super cheap I want to say 30 bucks. Just throwing that out there. I'm sure someone here has made a soft top if you search it will probably come up. Also I think one of the mods sells soft tops... Wabfab I think...

 

I love my softtopper. they are great people. I'm sure if you called them up and told them how many inches your bed was bobbed they could alter one up for you

 

How much do those tops run?
